Aisha Edwards

is an initiated Kontomblé diviner and traditional healer through Elder Malidoma Patrice Somé’s Indigenous Spirit Technologies, an initiatory series rooted in Dagara cosmology and practices. The Dagara are a West African indigenous people whose traditional homelands include territories of Burkina Faso, Cote D’Ivoire and Ghana.

The Kontomblé

Translates to “who answers to the bell”. They are a group of immaterial beings, often described as little people, who are playful, mercurial, loving, silly and profoundly powerful. They are an ally to humans in their role as manifestors for the divine in the material world.

In Kontomble divination,

the initiate acts as a channel for the Kontomble, ancestors and plant/medicine spirits to speak through. Often, these immaterial beings provide prescriptions to address the spiritual concerns impacting psychological, emotional, social and behavioral problems the seeker is attempting to address. Traditional healing utilizes seemingly simple tools and methods. The actions performed on or around the body are symbolic actions, crossing the divide between worlds to address the harm on the immaterial side. In this way, the actions and the practitioner are neither simple nor reflective of the interdimensional methodology of healing. Please be aware traditional healing is not a replacement for mental health therapy.

Kontomblé divination focused on personal areas of concerns. Divination provides insight, guidance, healing and direction. Guides or ancestors may also speak during divination. Recording provided.
Divination is wonderful to support effective movement through seasonal or life transitions.

Traditional Spiritual Healing

Energy healing through the direct and embodied transformation of Ancestral and TransHistorical Trauma, personal trauma and/or energetic blocks to your Purpose Path fulfillment. Must be in person. May also involve divination.

Entity traditional healing

Kontomblé healing using a protocol ritual processes to remove ancestral entities. Must be in person at Sauvie Island. Preparation required. 4 hour session required. Generally during warm months. May also involve divination. Please email Aisha via contact page to schedule this

Spiritual Coaching

Aisha will support you to develop protocols for energy body hygienic and a relationship with Ancestors, Elemental Beings and your Purpose Path. Develop your spiritual gifts. 3 to 5 sessions are recommended for best outcomes.
